An accomplished and cross-cultural executive with a B.A. from the U.S. and a Diploma in Training & Development from the U.K., Nancy has 22 years of experience in management, teaching, directing, training, and supervision with the Helen O’Grady drama system.
Margaret holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Canada and a Certificate in Education from NIE. She is also a qualified school teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience.
Director of Training
Francine is a Drama graduate of Laselle College of the Arts, and is both ACTA and TESOL certified. An experienced Speech & Drama specialist of the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy since 2006, she has trained more than 500 principals and teachers in the region.
Director of New Initiatives
Nicholas has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting with MNCs and local companies. He has helped Asian companies develop business, brand and marketing strategies. He has an MBA from Singapore Management University and a B.Sc in Psychology from Towson University.
Director of Curriculum
Lynette has been in the education industry for over 15 years, training and teaching, locally and regionally. She was awarded a Masters in Education (Early Childhood) from NIE, and recognises the impact of moulding young lives, and hopes to extend her knowledge and expertise in the field.
Lynette holds a B.A. in English and a Diploma in Education from NIE. She is a qualified school teacher with over 20 years of experience and also a television script writer for award-winning shows such as ‘Under One Roof’, ‘Phua Chu Kang’, and ‘Robbie and the Book of Tales’.
Nicole holds a B.A. in English from Austin College, a M.A. in Modern and Contemporary Literature and Culture from the University of York, and a Diploma with Distinction in TESOL. She has taught with the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy regionally and is currently a curriculum designer and developer.
Early Childhood Trainer
Farhana is an English Language Linguistics graduate from the National University of Singapore, holds a Diploma with Distinction in TESOL and certification under Trinity Guildhall in Speech & Drama. She is also ACTA certified. She is experienced in teaching a variety of early childhood programmes, including Speech & Drama, music, movement, and puppetry.
Magdalene is a graduate of National University of Singapore and has been in the education industry for 6 years and TESOL certified. She has a background in wildlife education and is experienced in conducting programmes for pre-schoolers to tertiary students and teacher training.
Michelle is a graduate of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has been in the education industry for 6 years. She has taught children of all ages as a wildlife educator, and has also conducted training programmes for adults.
Early Childhood Trainer
Amanda holds a B.A (Hons) with Highest Distinction in English from Nanyang Technological University, a Diploma with Merit in Child Psychology and Early Education, and a specialisation in Writing and Publishing. She has experience as an educator in the preschool sector.
Joy is a Fine Arts (Visual Communication) graduate from the School of Art, Design & Media (NTU), and also holds a diploma in Animation and 3D Arts from Ngee Ann Poly. She had worked on projects for the iLight Marina Bay and other exciting projects in relation to design and illustration. She is interested in culture and its concepts and aspires one day to print/publish her own illustrations, stories and books.
Amy holds a B.A in hotel management from Shanghai Normal University, and an MBA from Zhejiang University. She has more than 3 years of experience in customer service and administrative management. She is currently based in China to manage HOG Asia's operations.
