Founder and Executive Director - Helen O'Grady
Helen
O’Grady,
holds a Diploma of Teaching from the University of Canterbury,
New Zealand, and a Licentiate in Speech and Drama from Trinity College,
London. She is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Helen has had extensive experience as a teacher, children’s television
presenter, and professional actress on both stage and television. She
is the originator of the acclaimed Helen O’Grady Drama System and
oversees its implementation internationally.

Stephen
Griffiths,
has extensive management and administration experience due to his background
as an Army officer, accountant, and senior executive of a national company.
During the past ten years, Steve has been responsible for the expansion
of the Academy, both nationally and internationally. Steve is an Associate
Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and holds accounting
and management qualifications.

Nancy
Soon,
holds a Degree in Training from the University of Leiceister. She was
appointed Principal of the Helen O'Grady branch in Singapore in 1998
and is now responsible for the operation and development of Helen O'Grady
branches in Singapore, China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. Based in Maryland, USA; Nancy is also the Director of Helen O'Grady Franchise Services Inc, USA.

Lynette
Chiu,
is a qualified school teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience.
She had worked in the media industry as a writer for the past 10
years, working on television shows such as "Under One Roof",
"Phua Chua Kang" and "Robbie and the Book of Tales".
Lynette has created a successful writing program that motivates the
students to develop a passion for writing.
