Founder - Helen O'Grady
Helen O'Grady, holds a Diploma of Teaching from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and a licentiate in Speech and Drama from Trinity College, London. She is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Helen has had extensive experience as a teacher, children's television presenter, and professional actress on both stage and television. She is the originator of the acclaimed Helen O'Grady Drama System and oversees its implementation internationally.

Executive Director - Nancy Soon
Nancy Soon, holds a Degree in Training from the University of Leiceister. She was appointed Principal of the Helen O'Grady branch in Singapore in 1998 and is now responsible for the operation and development of Helen O'Grady branches in Singapore, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Executive Principal / Director - Lynette Ann Chiu
Lynette Chiu, holds a Bachelor in English and a Diploma in Education from NIE. She is a qualified school teacher with over 22 years of teaching experience. She had worked in the media industry as a script writer for ten years, working on television shows such as "Under One Roof", "Phua Chu Kang" and "Robbie and the Book of Tales" winning awards for drama. Lynette is a creative writer and runs a writing center “Little Pencil”.
General Manager - Margaret Ow
Margaret Ow, holds a Bachelor in Psychology from Canada and a Certificate in Education from NIE. She is a qualified school teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience.
